Growers who plant corn hybrids with Herculex I Insect Protection and Herculex XTRA are responsible for following Insect Resistance Management (IRM) requirements.

Grain Marketing Requirements
Grain from Herculex® XTRA Insect Protection or stacked HERCULEX XTRA/Roundup Ready hybrids must be fed on-farm, used domestically, or delivered to elevators or other markets where neither the grain nor its processed products (such as gluten) will be shipped to the European Union.
